About Women’s Soccer
Women’s Soccer supports the University mission by providing significant components of the whole-person Stockton education. Stockton student-athletes perform both in the classroom and on the field. The student-athlete graduation rate is higher than that of non-athletes, with 75% having a GPA of at least 3.0. These players and teams represent the very best of Stockton.
- The Stockton women's soccer team produced the program's 12th winning season in the last 13 years with a young squad that had just one senior. The Ospreys gave up only 20 goals on the way to 13 victories, a four-win improvement over the previous campaign. Head coach Nick Juengert led Stockton to a 13-4-4 record and third place in the NJAC.
- Topping the squad was sophomore Dasey DiElmo who moved up to the NJAC First Team after NJAC Co-Rookie of the Year and Second Team nods a year ago. DiElmo was named to the All-South Atlantic Region First Team by the United Soccer Coaches and All-ECAC Second Team.
- Sophomore Salena LeDonne scored a team-high 11 goals and dished two assists to lead the Ospreys with 24 points. A two-time NJAC Offensive Player of the Week, she earned an NJAC Second Team spot for her play. LeDonne tied for fourth in the league in goals and game-winning goals (4) and tied for sixth in points.
- Sophomore Kiersten Reszkowski, who played in all 21 games, and junior Michelle Sander, who topped the team with five assists, earned an NJAC Honorable Mention accolades.
